Description: I was asked to do a featured live webcast from my apt for http://blog . tv/ recently and decided to do a fun little mini-flick introducing it. My apt has been totally roach-free for a long time now, but I thought it would be fun to make a cute little mini-musical-comedy documentary video about it. It was a VERY last-minute idea, so it's not exactly a Michael Moore-level video exposé!!! I've also learned quite a bit about which bug-killers are eco-friendly, such as boric acid, roach gel, caulking, and more! Unfortunately, there was a sudden, lasting power outage in my neighborhood the night of the web cast, so the show was delayed by a 1/2 hour and I wound up doing it from Starbucks (!) since my apartment had neither electricity nor wireless connection. See below for: DEFYING COCKROACHES PART 1. This is just a goofy little thing - we are playing (slightly exaggerated versions of) OURSELVES (yes, that's pretty much us!!!).
