Welcome to the shack!
When they told us “Shack Talk” couldn’t be done, we refused to listen. When they told us they were gonna call the cops, we pretended not to hear. When they pointed their shotguns and told us to get off their property, we ran away and hid in some bushes, crying like children until dark. Days later, we came back, being really quiet this time, and we made history.
Sure, we could have done the show in a “real” television studio with fancy “equipment” and an audience of people who “wanted” to be there. But also, no we couldn’t. That’s not realistic.
