You know the old joke… you might be a redneck if, well what about this new one, “you know you're from Florida when”. I'd like to start off with this one; you know you're from Florida when…. ‘ part of your face is covered in a tattoo of your home state. ‘ I'd like to assume this guy is one of Florida's best and brightest, but I do think that it would be a mistake if he didn't get a picture of his new cell or cell mate tattooed on his chest.
