A Look at the New York City Weed Ticket
A change in New York City drug policy will go into effect November 19th, giving officers the option of writing a ticket for possession of small amounts of marijuana rather than taking the offender into custody. Funny Or Die News was able to obtain one of the new summons, reproduced below:
