Facebook’s New Suicide-Prevention Pop-Up Messages

This week, Facebook launched a new feature aimed at preventing potential suicides. If a user posts something that a friend deems worrisome, that friend can flag the post as a possible indicator of suicide, and the user who posted it will receive a pop-up message inquiring about his or her well-being.
