John Oliver Details The US Vetting Process For Syrian Refugees

It ain ‘t easy being a refugee and it ‘s about to get even ain ‘t easier thanks to Congress. On his show last night, John Oliver detailed how difficult it is for refugees to get into the US, highlighting just how absurd the freak out over their vetting process is. And last week the House passed a bill to make it even harder to find refuge in America, which on to of all this, kinda just seems mean.

Definitely watch the clip below, but to sum it up, it is very very very hard to be one of only 10,000 people even allowed to come into the States. Very hard. So, maybe if you ‘re a US politician saying there is no vetting process, give this a watch!
