In a speech that became a 95-minute rant, Donald Trump told voters in Iowa to stop being “fools” for supporting Ben Carson. This followed an earlier remark where Trump called out Carson for his “pathological temper,” comparing him to a “child molester” in that there was “no cure for that.” The insults didn’t stop there.
