Otter Terror Strikes Vancouver

Canada is known for being one of the safest countries in the world, but crime on the northern side of the border has escalated to a new level this past week as a notorious criminal remains on the loose in Vancouver, BC. This violent criminal is wanted for multiple counts of murder and, although he has been spotted by citizens various times, has managed to evade local authorities thus far.
Who should you be on the lookout for, you ask? What does this soulless mass murderer look like? What kind of monster is terrorizing the city of Vancouver? For the sake of your safety I strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with his face, but I will warn you – it ‘s truly horrifying. You might want to cover your children ‘s eyes.
Look into the face of true evil

Are you trembling with fear yet?
That ‘s right. It ‘s an otter. And he really is wanted for murder. His victims? Koi fish from a local public garden.
The otter has struck the ponds of Vancouver ‘s Dr. Sun Yat-Sen ‘Classical Chinese Garden multiple times over the last week, claiming the lives of anywhere between 10-14 beloved koi fish. Killing both at night, leaving the mangled corpses of his victims out to be discovered by staff, and striking in broad daylight in full view of the public, he ‘s a killer as twisted as he is elusive – and he ‘s earned himself a notorious nickname.
