But Coach Meredith Von Pidgeon ‘ Coach Von Pidgeon to us ‘ ‘knows better. She knows that sometimes, you just have to do whatever it takes to make sure that you can continue to do what you love. In her case: that ‘s tearing into high school students to convince them, against their better judgment, that they really could be good at basketball.
So when the team invites CVP out for a night to celebrate an almost-win, CVP is forced to decline. However, but faced with the prospect of admitting to a bunch of private school kids that she has to take a second job in order to even do her first job is too painful. When the gang show up unannounced at CVP ‘s second job, things take a bizarre and unexpected turn.
