About The Show
The Funny or Die Lab @ The Dynasty Typewriter is a comedy variety show brought to you in 3 parts. Each show will feature a cast of three character performers who FOD is truly excited about, and you should be too! They’ll experiment with material, and get weird and messy. Some of it will work, some of it won’t- that’s the point! But they need your help! At the end of the night the audience will get to vote on which of each performer’s two character bits they liked more. They will then bring that character back for show two, and test it against a new one. By show 3, we will have the perfect show and also we will have found a **cure to comedy**. On top of all of that, we will also be having some of our favorite Los Angeles stand ups comedians here as well. It’s going to be fun and it’s going to happen under the roof of the historic and beloved Dynasty Typewriter theater! Come join us for all three shows to see these rising stars in all their riotous glory.
