Katy Perry took the stage of Super Bowl XLIX ‘s Pepsi-sponsored Halftime show armed only with her slew of smash singles, a surprise cameo from Missy Elliot, and literally every other single fucking trick in the book, and boy, was it impressive. Many have called it the ultimate pop performance, while your dad probably said something along the lines of, “Eh, not my style, but man, she sure is pretty.”

However, no matter where you stand on the issue, one thing ‘s for sure: Perry ‘s performance absolutely jumped the shark. And as soon as it did, Twitter was there to take the bait.
